“Our daughter was only at Rain Trees for a short period of time, but she LOVED her time at the school. It's play focused, she learned a lot, and she spoke about her friends and teachers daily. While she only attended 2-3 days per week, she woke up every morning asking if she was going to school! Rain Trees also builds a great community with the families, which is great for families new to Singapore. We highly recommend the school!”
“My son attended Rain Trees for almost two years before he left to join his older brother at an International school. As soon as we arrived in Singapore Gus and I attended the Mum and Toddler group and then once he was older enough Gus joined the Kindergarten. For myself and Gus moving from the UK to Singapore, Rain Trees was incredibly welcoming, not only to Gus but also to me. We have made some good friends through Rain Trees which was a wonderful way to start our expat life in Singapore. Gus has loved his time at Rain Trees and he will miss it. But we know that we will keep in touch with the friends he has made there. Thank you”
“We have had all 3 kids in Rain Trees and have not felt the need to look further. Quality teachers, open doors, inclusivity and lots of play were our priorities and we found this in Rain Trees. The parent engagement is fantastic.”
“I could not recommend Rain Trees highly enough. It is a fantastic school, with amazing teachers and support staff. My daughter has thrived in the caring and fun environment and her confidence has grown and grown. We will be very sad when she has to leave to move on to big school but cannot wait for our next daughter to start!”
“As soon as you join Rain Trees you feel part of the Rain Trees family. It has a small intimate feel and you feel as though your child is a very important part of the school and not just another pupil. My Daughter is currently in Dragonflies with Ms Terisa and seems to be well ahead of her peers attending other nurseries, this seems to have been achieved in a very fun and nurturing environment where they learn through play based activities. We have decided to keep our Daughter at the school for the final year, rather than moving her to a large international school for the nursery year as we have heard fantastic feedback about the Busy Bee year, teacher and class size. “
Our son started at Rain Trees at the beginning of the year and was moving from another school, where he did not have a good experience. We were all a bit anxious to move him into a new environment, but it was the best decision we have made! The changes in his behavior were immediate and we noticed that he was very happy, relaxed and thriving. The teachers were welcoming and continue to make such a difference with their approach. Our son loves school so much now that he asks when he can go back on the weekend! Thank you for making such a difference in our son's life and giving him a love of learning!
Rain Trees is a wonderful platform for children to develop their love of learning and exploration of the world around them. My eldest son is flourishing at Nursery, credit to the foundations laid by the devoted and talented team at Rain Trees. My youngest son has just started and I am continuing to see the school grow from strength to strength. Thank you
Rain Trees is an amazing nursery. My daughter, who is very timid by nature, started Butterflies in September and Miss Vicki, Miss Mel and Miss Winnie have been excellent in helping her settle. They have done a fantastic job creating a nurturing environment for her to thrive in.
Rain Trees is a home away from home. It has a real sense of family. The children seem to be happy and settle in quickly. There seems to be the right balance between playing and discipline.
We arrived in Singapore in July 2017. We found out at relatively short notice that we were moving to Singapore. Rain Trees was recommended to us by friends currently living in Singapore. Rain Trees were so helpful when we were in contact with them from the UK. We didn’t know if we would be able to get our older son into a international school in time for the new school year. Rain Trees were so kind they assured us that if we couldn’t get a space for him in the school we wanted they would be happy to have him. It was very reassuring to know that once we arrived in Singapore our children would be able to attend a lovely, welcoming nursery. Our younger son started in January and adores Rain Trees so we know we made the right choice.
Rain Trees is a delightful children orientated nursery with a caring ‘village feel’ to it. All the teaching staff are so welcoming, enthusiastic and happy and go out of their way to help in any way they can. Classrooms are bright and fun with a variety of learning material and toys on offer. We could not have wished for a better start for our Son.
My boys love going to Rain Trees and are always excited to head off to "school" in the morning.
Rain Trees is an amazing, inclusive place and a wonderful fit to our preferred approach of learning balanced with play time. Our daughter really thrives at Rain Trees and the teachers do a phenomenal job encouraging her development. We also really like the parents community and how we connect through our children and the various activities the school organises throughout the year.
Rain Trees has struck the perfect balance between fun and learning, exploring and boundaries. Its ‘family’ feel makes it a happy and welcoming place to be.
Our son loves going to the Rain Trees Kindergarden every morning. The staff and the activities are fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed receiving daily programmes of the class.
My twins have been attending Rain Trees since they were 18 months, initially in the parent accompanied group and now they rush in happily everyday with scarcely time for 'goodbye mummy' as they go off to explore. I have been very impressed with the personal attention the children receive, the way in which the staff know my children and how they have become much more confident and independent during their time at Rain Trees. Most importantly though, the twins love going to school and are really happy and engaged.
We have really loved our experience at Rain Trees. Our daughter Aina has flourished in the school. The exploratory play based learning suited her well. She has benefited from the international and diverse environment. Aina enjoyed going to school everyday and playing with her friends as well as learning from the teachers.
A great education is the best gift parents can give a child. We feel that the 3 years Eleonore has spent at Rain Trees has equipped her with great skills and she is ready to become a confident and blooming child in primary school.
Rain Trees is a fantastic first experience of school. Highly recommend Rain Trees to any parent who wants a well adjusted, global, happy preschooler.
Both my son and daughter attended Rain Trees and it was their first school experience since we moved to Singapore. They both enjoyed Rain Trees tremendously and I would not hesitate to recommend Rain Trees to others.
