A welcome break for new parents: Rain Trees’ Parent & Baby Group
Are you a new parent? Feeling frazzled? We get it.
Those early months with a new baby can feel full. Full of chaos, questions, new routines and very little sleep. That’s not the best combination for anyone.
For many parents, especially those new to Singapore or living far from family, there’s also the question of finding ‘your people’.
How do I meet other parents at a similar stage?
Am I even doing this right?
Where can I get a break?
Where can I go that doesn’t feel judgmental?
Who can I ask about my child’s development?

At Rain Trees International Kindergarten, our Parent & Baby Group has been created with all these questions in mind.
Held on the grounds of the school, the group shares the same ethos, team and facilities as the kindergarten itself. It offers parents and babies a relaxed way to spend time together, while gently becoming familiar with the Rain Trees environment and community.
Our group is about ease, familiarity and connection
Meet other parents who are navigating the same stage of life, share experiences and begin building friendships that often continue well beyond these early months.
For many families, this early familiarity with Rain Trees makes future transitions, maybe to our toddler group and kindergarten, feel natural and less daunting.
Parents new to Singapore
For expat families, it can be the perfect way to start forming local friendships and routines, especially when extended family is far away.
Drop in Experts
From time to time, we invite experienced professionals to join these sessions for informal conversations around parenting, child development and early childhood.
